Always feel better after leaving MD West One. Everyone there is always in a good mood and it helps ease the tensions of seeing a doctor. Plus they are very knowledgeable.

Most specialists make you wait forever. Not the case here. Everyone friendly knowledgeable and was seen at appointment time. Really like the doc. Glad my doctor referred me to this clinic.

MD One staff were great! My first time being there. Dr. Grier & Jessica were very professional and kind. and seemed to truly care about me. Even the x-ray tech was kind and compassionate.
Then I had to see Dr. Gaffney-he has been truly wonderful, kind & compassionate and extremely easy to talk to. I will sincerely miss him now that I am healed. Thank you again Dr. Gaffney!!

Chris has a great bedside manner & very friendly. He was very informative about my condition. His nurse is very friendly & understanding when it came to me giving her my list of medications she was wonderful. The ladies up front in the check-in area were very friendly also. All in all the whole group was professional & pleasant. I enjoyed coming there.

I was recently referred to Midwest One Clinic (Dr Doran) by my pain management physician to review my recent MRI & advise as to the ongoing direction for my care plan. I was seen by Dr Doran as well as his PA Julie and given an exam and we discussed my pain and management and ongoing care plan. I was very happy with the level of care I received and Julie, Dr Doran and all of the staff were extremely professional & caring.

With the exception of the patient registrar I would rate the visit a 10. Dr Otterberg was cordial and professional, as usual and I was in and out in an efficient amount of time.
I had to greet the registrar who did not even look up at me and was very robotic in her manner as if she were too busy to bother with me.
I would rate her a 3 and that's generous. I was a registrar before I retired and I would never treat a patient as she did.

We have dealt with 2 stressful fractures and I can say we would never want to go anywhere else god forbid we have anymore. Been to 3 different locations, support staff is incredible in all. Drs. Grier and Rosipal are wonderful. Zero complaints and only great things to say about this place.

I love that Dr Otterberg focuses on the actual healing and what’s best for the patient, and that he takes time to explains things, and most importantly he doesn’t make you feel like you’re another number ! GREAT JOB !!
