I was late. I misunderstood my appointment times between neurology and the follow up with Dr. Gard. Everybody at MD West One-Omaha was so understanding. They worked with me to get the MRI done and meet with Dr. Gard. I am so thankful. Every part of my visit was exactly as I would have wished for.

The MRI was done in a very efficient manner. Having the Dr’s appointment in the same building and right after the MRI makes it easier for the doctor to review the test and go over it with the patient. Everyone including Dr Gard are kind and helpful.

Kathy gave me the most thorough evaluation of my condition, the history, and my specific experience with my foot and ankle condition. Megan, was very pleasant and professional with her X-ray photos. Dr McMullen and Kathy were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listened carefully to my concerns and questions. I’m extremely grateful and thankful that I have care available here and across the entire city. MD West One deserves multiple Michelin Stars. Don’t go anywhere else.
