I love that everyone from the front desk to the doctors are very professional. Dr O'Malley and his team are very personalable and listens to the patients concerns, wants and needs. I was very nervous having the procedure done but as always Dr. TKO assures you and explains and discusses what he will be doing and what you can expect afterwards. This was a post-op appointment. The staff was friendly and took care of me and also went the extra mile to get me some special lotion to get off the tape goo. Dr McCarthy did a great job of explains the procedure to me and showed a picture. My experience overall (besides the pain) was great.

My follow up appointment went very well today. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. Once in the room, the nurse weighed me and instructed me that I would get x-rays today. Within 5 minutes someone came to take me to x-ray. I was finished within 10 minutes at x-ray and was taken back to the room. The Dr. came in within 2-3 minutes. I had a list of questions for him and he answered each of my questions to my satisfaction. I was leaving the office within half an hour after the appointment time. Very efficient!

I know that two of the doctors here at MD WEST ONE are two of the best doctors in Omaha! So if you're having problems with your hips, knees or feet? Give them a call! I did and I'm walking more than 2 miles a week now! Before that I was lucky to get six blocks a week? So if you need a great doctor for your leg, hips or feet problems go see the doctors at MD West one! They'll have you up and walking in no time!

Check in at the office was fast & efficient! The staff was very polite.
My wait time to see the doctor & staff was minimal. Once I was in the exam room, everyone was fast, polite & efficient.
I’ll definitely use them again, in the future, if the need arises…
