Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, quickly had me proceed in . I was early for my appointment and was taken back on time for post surgery appointment. Nurse was very friendly and informative, then quickly had X-rays. Dr Otterburg was in shortly afterwards, great person puts me at ease, answered all my questions.

Employees were great and very nice. The facilities were very clean. Each Doc I met with was super nice and actually listened to what I had to say rather than coming in with a preconceived idea and diagnosis.

Our visit today at MD WEST ONE was excellent as always! From check in with the receptionist, radiology technicians and our favorite neurosurgeon Dr Gard and his new PA/assistant! We actually look forward to our yearly checkup since Dr Gard moved to this facility! The annual check ups are so much easier on my mother (and me) at MD WEST ONE! THANK YOU one and all!!

After torn rotator cuff and herniated discs three times those doctors were great, fixed all 4 problems. I am my old self again. My husband has developed back problems, we have great faith they will be able to help him also.

Dr. O'Malley did both of my knee replacements....he is the best. Great explaining everything and was very caring through the process. Now working with a neck issue with Dr. Treves and he is equally caring. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

2-18-2025 I feel fortunate again to have had the MD West One experience. On-line registration made check in fast and convenient and friendly. Very efficient process. PA Julie Walsh was very professional, knowledgeable and helped me understand the x-ray and mri results, and why I’m having these unpleasant and sometimes painful sensations. She explained the next steps and is available for questions or updates. I feel that I can trust these professionals and that they really listen to my questions and concerns.
2023 From check in to check out this was a perfect experience with a multidisciplinary approach to informed patient care. Kathy, Dr.McMullen, Jesse, thank you. Everyone was accommodating, gracious, listened to my concerns. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity for evaluation and treatment by this Team.

Dr Tiedeman as always was very compassionate, comforting, professional and explained everything that was going as it was happening. His nurse kept me occupied with good conversation to distract me from the slight discomfort of the steroid injections in both rings fingers.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Bradley Bowdino to try to resolve hip & lower back pain. My daughter Julie Mack & l first met with Charlie Dr. Bowdino's P.A. Shortly we met with Dr. Bowdino to discuss my situation. At his suggestion they took some x-rays of my lower back and they will get back to us as soon as the X-rays have been read. I find that these physicians are true professionals and yet answer your questions in language you can understand. Dr. Bowdino and his staff are to be complimented on their consideration for the patient.A great experience with such true professionals. My best regards to all the staff at MD West 1.Thomas L.Dehner
