I am very happy with the care I have received up to and including surgery. All staff at the clinic have been friendly and courteous. I very much appreciate that the wait times for my appointments have usually been minimal. All aspects of my medical care have also been excellent. The options that arose during the course of my treatment were discussed and I was confident we were doing the thing. Overall this is a very caring group of professionals.

This was my third time there, returning for evaluation of new symptoms. Staff were able to quickly find my records and were able to interact quickly to make an appointment. From the Care Coordinator was personable and very professional. PA De Fini was prompt and thorough. I was put at ease with the experience.

My pre-op meeting with Dr Otterberg was held at the Farnam Clinic. I was welcome to my appointment by a nurse right on time at 9:30. She a few preliminary health measurements and said Dr O would be in in a few minutes. He entered shortly after the nurse left. His friendly welcome helped me relax. First, he thoroughly explained my upcoming procedure. Then , he said it was my turn to ask any questions I had. For about 10-12 minutes, he gave me his full attention and answered all of the questions I had written down and also a few others. I never felt rushed or that he had another appointment to hurry off to. In the end, my questions were all answered and I was very confident my procedure would good just as planned. I’d highly recommend the doctors and staff of MD West One!

I have been seeing Dr Doran for some time with a with a spine disorder and he has been very helpful in discussing treatment and options moving forward AT MY OWN PACE. I saw him again yesterday to investigate surgery for my condition (after a year and a half of therapy, exercise, and medication) and he was extremely informative and assuring. I will likely move forward with the surgery sometime in the not too distant future to alleviate the daily pain, and I am confident in him as the one I would trust with something as sensitive as my spine and my mobility.

Dr. Lodhia, his PA Keith, and Dawn have all been amazing. I was very scared to have major surgery and they made sure I was very well informed and that I could get all my questions answered. Even post-op, they are ensuring I am healing correctly and have all the answers I need.

I had Dr Doran and he was a great surgeon to have in your corner. He did my fusion surgery and I had some complications with bleeding issues. I know that sometimes a doctor has to tell you what you don’t want to hear. But I trust him and his staff.

Dr. Long and his P.A. are excellent! Both my husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Long, and we are very happy with him as a doctor. He listens, is compassionate, follows up quickly, and considers all of the other options before suggesting surgery. As a surgeon, he is excellent and we fully trust him. The office staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and supportive.

I saw Dr. Sam Phillips and he was great as usual! Takes good care of you and keeps you informed of your options and care that is needed to be followed. The office staff are all very good too! Good place to be for any orthopedic care.

Dr John Treves saw and diagnosed my daughter’s back issues she had been seeing others about for over a year. Very professional and personal, he operated on her herniated bulging disc and she is feeling much better

Keith was very kind and understanding he checked me over and we talked, he was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable he also understood that i don't have time for this pain, i have to much to do and no one likes pain and I've had my fair share in my life.
Their nurse Dawn was very nice and even gave me some ideas on how i can help myself with ice, heat then ice and so far it has helped a bit which is better then not at all. Dawn was very easy to talk to.
Everybody from the person who checked me in to the person who took my paper work and the nurses, everyone was very nice, understanding and very professional.
