Communication was TOP notch! I called and did not leave a message, moments later, I received a text. Described the issue with my refrigerator and what I thought was the fix. Rob asked a few questions and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. As he stated he would he texted me when he was 30 minutes away. I showed him the issue and he ran a few tests. He installed a new motherboard and my fridge is working normally again. He was nice, clean, and polite. I will use him again in the future!

Our appointment was scheduled only one day after we called and we immediately received email confirmation. David, the technician, texted me to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could come early if I was available. He inspected our washing machine, and clearly diagnosed the issues we were having (leaking and making a lot of noise). He advised that a repair was really not cost effective and gave a very clear explanation why, also showing me that we could get a new machine for almost the same cost. The $85 service fee was well worth the advice David gave and I have already ordered a new washing machine for less than it would have cost to repair. I would highly recommend General Appliance Service for your appliance repairs.

First time I used their services was back in 2020, the dryer was not working. Good service, so I kept their phone number just in case for eventualities in the future. Dryer still going without issues 3 years later. Today my washer was not filling water. Panic. Luckily I found their phone number and hired their services again to fix the washer. And just like the first time, they came (same day), analyzed the issue and fixed it in a timely fashion. No regrets.
