David called me 1/2 hour before his arrival. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He immediately got started on my Samsung refrigerator. He had parts in his truck so there was no waiting. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion and put refrigerator and shelves back in proper place. I will undoubtedly use and recommend this company again. Very pleased with David. Lovely and most knowledgeable young man

Talk about customer service. I can’t recommend this company enough. Their service Team (David and Moriel) were always so friendly, punctual and helpful. They had to come out a few times to get the appliance fixed but each time they did NOT charge an additional fee and were happy to do so. Even the owner of the company Rob, responded to me on Christmas Eve, and assured me his team would be back out to fix the appliance. Rob himself continuously followed up, even now to ensure our appliance was back up and running. In todays time, customer service seems to be there less and less, so hiring General Appliance, and working with their team and Rob… it was a breath of fresh air. If you have any appliance needs, and want to hire a fair and customer service oriented company don’t look any further than this team, that’s my advice. Thank you again General Appliance Team.

This company came out to fix my Samsung fridge which had a defrosting issue underneath the deli drawer. They were very professional, on time, and efficient. They have fixed the problem very quick and charged a very reasonable price. I am so glad I found this company to come fix my appliance and hope to call them again with any issues. Technician Rob was super professional and neat! Definitely recommend!

Dishwasher was making very loud sounds. Needed a new pump. David was extremely professional, knowledgeable and neat. Totally cleaned up everything when he was finished including vacuuming and washing the floor. I would definitely use this service again.

Rob was very knowledgeable and efficient. Repaired my Icemaker and Flickering light problem the same day.

David was polite and on time. He was not able to fix our built in microwave due to its age and the issue it had but he was incredibly knowledgeable. He even recommended a possible replacement brand that might be more reliable. I loved the ease of scheduling online and the follow up confirmation emails. Overall it was a very positive experience even though the microwave is a goner.
