Rob is phenomenal! He responded quickly and immediately diagnosed the problem with our Samsung electric cooktop. He told us over the phone how to fix it, which only took seconds to do! AND he provided his service at no charge. We will definitely use him again!

I was having difficulty changing my Samsung water filter. I called GENERAL APPLIANCE SERVICE, Inc and Rob, the owner showed up to install a new one. He did so many add'l services to my frige which were needed at his own suggestions. He fixed a broken drawer, he tightened the door handles which were loose and gave me so much general advise about water filters and general info which he volunteered ton his own to help me going forward. David came by to fix our freezer. He was very timely, kind and polite. He was able to diagnose the issue with the freezer upon arrival and was very patient in explaining what the issue was. He was able to get the part in time and the process was so smooth!! Definitely recommend for any appliance repairs. Overall great experience!

My GE profile fridge stop working on New Year’s day. Called for repair. Rob was very accommodating and came out same day. He was professional and courteous. He even wore booties to protect my floors. But most importantly, Rob was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He had all the parts in stock. Not like these other companies where you end up waiting up to 2 weeks for parts. Rob was back within the hour with parts. Fridge was repaired same day. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We were having a problem with the ice maker in our Kitchen Aide refrigerator. The owner Rob came out with intentions of replacing the ice maker. After he analyzed the unit, he felt that it wasn’t necessary and did a few other things to help rectify the issue. SO FAR, SO GOOD! Just hoping it lasts for a while and we won’t have to invest in a new frig. Thanks Rob!

Called the company due to my microwave having no power due from power surges. Technician called to see if he could come early as he had some cancellations. He was polite, professional and efficient. Also needed some paperwork completed for my FPL SurgeShield protection and Rob completed it ASAP and again when FPL needed additional information. Top Notch company and will most definitely be calling them if any additional appliance service is needed.
