My technician was Moriel. Before he came, I sent him a video of my SubZero freezer along with a picture of the model and serial number. When he came to my house, he brought the part he thought I needed. Moriel was right, my fan was shot. He had a fan in his vehicle. He changed it quickly and correctly. It cost a lot, but doesn't everything these days.

I called in the morning about my dryer not starting all the time. A service technician was available the same day and Muriel came in the afternoon in the designated time period. He assessed the problem immediately - the door was crooked causing the door switch not to function properly all the time. He bent the door back in place to correct the problem and was in and out in less than ten minutes. I appreciate the fast response to my call and the resolution of the issue so quickly.

General Appliance Service Inc was recommended by another appliance company that did not service the brand of dryer that I own. The woman who took my order was very clear and expedient. The order was scheduled for the following day. We were given a two hour window but Toby the technician arrived close to the appointment time. Within 10 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, called me back and explained the problem and cost. I approved the price($149.50) and he finished the job in 20 minutes. When asked, he also recommended a vent cleaner who was very good. General Appliance Service Inc service was prompt, professional, clear in their explanation of what was wrong and reasonably priced.
