I recently had an issue with my refrigerator where it wasn’t cooling properly, so I reached out to General Appliance. Their service technician pleasantly surprised me by performing the service a day earlier than I scheduled.
The technician arrived exactly on time (to the minute), was very professional, and quickly identified that the issue had to be with the motherboard. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence that the problem would be resolved. By the next day, he replaced the motherboard.
Unfortunately, the motherboard was evidently not the problem since the replacement of the motherboard did not fix the issue. Also, since my refrigerator is 22 years old, replacement parts do not exist, so there appears to be no way to fix the issue. That said, the technician agreed to replace the motherboard with the old motherboard and refund my cost.
