If I could give this service a zero star, I would. It has been a mess from the beginning. I did my research and came upon this business and was very pleased with the wonderful reviews. I needed my over the range GE microwaved repaired. I've only had it for a little over a year, so warranty expired. So I thought I'd rather give my money to a small business company than GE. It started with Leah, she's friendly but inefficient. Then comes Rob, the repair man that doesn't even call when he is coming over or when he decides he won't be able to make the time slot I signed up for. He came over and diagnosed exactly what my microwave already displayed on the screen. Then he tells me he will order the part I need replaced and it would be here around 2 weeks or so. I'm like it's over $200 but ok because at least the diagnostic fee can apply towards it. Week goes by no call. So I call to inquire. Leah answered and I can tell she had no clue what I was referencing to. She tells me she'll get back to me. Next day Leah calls me and tells me that they were waiting on me to call them to let them know if I wanted to order the part. REALLY?!!! I tell her "Rob" said he ordered it!!! Answer: crickets. Not even an apology for my inconvenience!
To end this review, they couldn't get the part that was supposedly ordered by Rob because it's on back order. Leah did assure me they would be willing to replace it when it is available. We all know what it means when something's on back order. It could be months! I'll just get a new mic like everyone said I should have. I hate being wrong . So I basically paid $79 dollars for inconveniences and for Rob to take a trip to my house. Wow! This was just my experience, try them if you want. You might have a better one. But I.....never again.
