Walked in for car insurance with friend who swears they're the best. The dude at counter was amazing...he's mentioned in some reviews here, Pars. Took friend out for lunch after for his good reference. When I had to go back next day bcos of some mistake that I thought they did, had a less than stellar experience with another staff and very disappointed. BUT I didn't just accept it. Called back later and got someone else who was just as amazing as Pars and she helped me through it, apologized for my bad experience. Pars even called me later to clarify and make sure I was happy. Turns out I was mistaken...like others here, too much unfamiliar info can be overwhelming and overlooked by us and, yeah went right over my head. Point here though is if there's issues go back to them first to resolve...dont just leave a bad review without doing something...if it still sucks after then knock yourself out with the reviews. I was brought up with the belief that mistakes will always be made but its all in the recovery. I always go back to look for this. So Allwest4life!
