From the moment I sat down my new insurance broker Pukhraj / Raj has been an absolute gem. Raj is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He laid out my options in a concise easy to follow manner, which made me feel empowered knowing I was making the right choice for my own best interests. He listened to my concerns, answered all my silly questions and appears to take a true interest in his clients. You know that thing sales people say "If you ever need anything call me". Well Raj truly meant it. The very next day after going over my insurance policy I had more questions and needed to make some updates. Raj went above and beyond and made these adjustments for me. Id like to add this was at 7PM on a Sunday, but he was there for me. I feel extremely confident that when push comes to shove and I need help processing a claim Raj will there helping me along the way with a smile on his face. I've been in customer service for 15 years and know the value of someone like Raj.

Originally I had obtained my insurance through ICBC and they just made sure to sell me the most expensive plan possible :|
In contrast when I came to this location the friendly lady who helped me was putting all her attention to get me the best price for the best plan I can have and helped me bring down my insurance cost significantly. I recommend this place if you want to renew or change your insurance plan :)
