I wanted to share in this post, the amazing experience I had, when I went to renew my car insurance, at "Allwest Insurance", in North Vancouver.
Although I arrived almost near closings time, Sourav was very helpful and efficient
in explaining my options and absolutely patient with me, until I understood everything and I was able to make an informed decision. Totally professional and knowledgeable, he advised me, without pushing or trying to finish as quick as possible, even our discussion was extended over the closing time.
I liked his attitude and his dedication for his work (which I am sure he loves) and I think that his employer should be very happy to have him in his team.
