Is it just me, or is buying a car usually like going on a blind date—only to realize there won’t be a second one? Like, sure, this guy is good-looking, but he clearly knows it. I’ve told him my name three times, and he still can’t remember it. He doesn’t get the hint that I’m not interested, yet he keeps inching closer like I’m going to let him steal a smooch. I’m surprised (and relieved) to report that Cesar Tolon was nothing like this. He has a gift for matching your vibe. He complimented my choice of music and didn’t even flinch when I cranked the volume almost all the way up. He didn’t panic when I, a fearless woman, got behind the wheel and pushed the car to its limits for probably longer than I should have. After the test drive, I told him my husband is deployed and that I needed his blessing before making a decision. Instead of asking, “When will he be home?” or “How soon will you know?”—the typical follow-ups I was expecting—Cesar asked what branch of the military he serves in. That small but thoughtful detail spoke volumes. I’m crazy picky, and Cesar totally got it. They didn’t have the color, white, I wanted in stock, and instead of pushing me toward another option, he did the research to find out when my color would arrive. There was one white one coming in with a few extra bells and whistles outside my budget, but he went above and beyond to make sure the price worked for me—and offered me a very generous amount for my trade-in. Even after hours, I sent him a few questions (with a disclaimer that I knew it was after hours—I just didn’t want to forget). To my surprise, he responded almost immediately. Cesar made this process shockingly easy for both me and my deployed husband. I think he even gave the finance guy a heads-up that I don’t like salespeople because, somehow, even he was down-to-earth and chill about everything. I do have one complaint, though… The cherry on top would’ve been a nice glass of champagne or beer while I waited—or at least after signing all the paperwork to celebrate. But I get it.- Probably not the best idea for a car dealership to serve alcohol right before you drive home, blablabla.But still, it would’ve made me feel extra special. Long story long. Cesar rocks.

Not many places have great customer service anymore. The Garber Automall is one company that has had dedicated customer service when other dealerships only care about the numbers. My in-laws only buy and utilize service at Garber because of the service they received. Chevrolet Buick GMC- I highly recommend when you are purchasing your next vehicle. It will be a smooth experience. The team will help with all of your needs. Eric is very knowledgeable with the vehicles and the dealership. He is an honest person you can trust.
