I began working with Eric via the online process, received some preliminary information about the truck and my trade, and then scheduled some time to come to the dealership. We drove from Jacksonville on a Tuesday afternoon and of course were delayed with traffic. We got to the dealer around 5:30 knowing that they would close around 7 PM and were immediately met by the friendly staff. We ended up meeting with Thomas, test drove the truck, and then began the buying process. This was probably the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever made. There was some negotiating, but not a lot and it didn’t take hours upon hours as it seems to with most dealers and finance personnel. Once a deal struck it was getting late, but luckily Thomas, Eric, and the finance staff stuck around to help us finalize the deal to ensure we did not have to drive back from Jacksonville again in traffic and or take off time from work. We greatly appreciated that as it made for a much simpler process for us. Great staff and great customer service.
