Sale people are very nice and helpful. The 2 ladies in Delivery department are not professional, rude and inconsiderate. If they can change their attitudes and more customer service orientations are better than their current attitudes of punishment and penalty.

We bought our Queen mattresses here and have had them for 8 years. Still very happy with them. Glad to see people busily making beds here. Will be back again

So I went to this store with the hope of a getting a decent price for a bed and mattress. Pros: Friendly service Cons: Very expensive They may be here to sell good quality, that might be ok for mattress but I would not recommend buying a bed here unless your made of money. I bought just a bed base here with no bed head. Cost me $500 if I wanted the bed head $1000. So final conclusion if your on a budget I would not recommend this store.
