I bought the Cloud 9 comfort mattress but it's not as comfortable as the 40 year old Sealy mattress I replaced. Also so bulky and heavy it's impossible to make. Very disappointed.

Merry at Braybrook was so friendly and helpful with purchase of firm QB mattress My wife has a bad back and is not sure whether the firm mattress was the right choice and maybe we should have chosen medium. We have only had it 2 weeks and will persist but have full confidence that it will be swapped for medium if needed Personally I love it and will review at later date.I feel sure a 5 star will be the result as there are options and that we are dealing with a company of high integrity

Good mattresses and good pricing. Service was a little disappointing, they leave you to your own device which some people would prefer. Delivery was very disappointing. They were late, did not call and then the delivery guys just left the mattress out the front.
