Went there with a few mates from work, didnt expect too much before got on the boat, first we checked in sign a few forms and got changed, lockers were provided for your belongings and items that you don't wanna get wet, then hopped on the boat, make sure you get the back seats! A few safety tips from the skipper then off we go! Cruised past the opera house along Bennelong Point, and then was JETTTT time! Full speed, spins and power nose down all the way out to the heads of the harbour, rose Bay, fort Denison, under the harbour bridge, then back home. An amazing half an hour of a experience. Provide by the stunning Sydney weather and surrounds. A must do whilst in Sydney, great sightseeing and adventure!

No matter whether you are a tourist or resident (like me) you must try jet boating .. Over all the experience was awesome I have been on the jetboat for more than 5 times and I have enjoyed the experience every single time.. The spin is icing on the cake .. TIP: try and negotiate the price and they will give you good deal.. dont just buy the ticket at the price they quote..

For those who are lucky enough to visit Sydney's great harbour or those (like me) who have lived here all your life but not really explored the harbour much... this is an item for your bucket list! Awesome ride that lasts approximately 30 minutes and you'll get soaked! Great tourist attraction!

This is one of those things that I did at the insistance of the kids rather than out of any desire on my own part. The enthusiasm of the staff and the thrill of the ride completely overcame any hesitancy on my part. The ride was fast and fun, long enough to see a fair bit of Sydney harbour and utterly drenching! The staff will warn you of this and the need to remove hats and sunglasses, believe them. The force of the wash can rip even wrap around sunglasses from your face. At the end of the ride I couldn't have been more thoroughly soaked if I had leapt into the harbour fully clothed. Good fun, kids loved it. I thought the normal price of $80 per head was a little expensive, although we did get a discount with a harbour attractions package. I also felt the price of the USB of photos was far too high so we have no photos of the event.

They guys were friendly and helpful, the ride was heaps of fun but beware you will get wet, really, really wet. The poncho is only for show, you'd be better off with a wetsuit.

By the other reviews I think it is uncommon, however I did injure my AC joint on this ride. The general manager has been extremely empathetic and helpful and refunded my ticket and is working on ways to reduce the risk of this happening to others. I had a very painful collision with the person next to me, so ensuring space between yourself and others may possibly help. I think it is still important to know that, as this company warns, there are inherent risks on this ride and injury may occur. Luckily it looks like this is rare.

Overall the experience was good, however, I would argue that if you are sitting on either side and when the boat does a spin it hits the persons arm with an extreme force which is not pleasant. I now have a big bruise on my right arm/bicep as I was on the extreme right. I would advise them to put some cushioning on the inner sides of the boat. Secondly, if you are tall then your knees will hit the front when the boat goes fast which again is not pleasant. Lastly, I would still recommend people to try this out but not to sit on the sides as you will get bruised.
