Very disappointed with the service paid over $200 for firmly pass to get to the both pride and only have 3 burn outs in the water and 2 nose drops Very disappointed I personally think that yellow jet boat ride Is so much Better then this one I then brought the $40 card that was supposed to have videos and photos on it That I only had blurry photos was very disappointing White be riding this jet boat again

Good: The ride was awesome. I guess that would have been the same even if we had gone to a different jet boating company. Bad: I had 2 young children who wanted sit at the front but instead we were seated on the 3rd row despite my repeated request. The front 2 rows were given to some American tourists with grown up kids who came at the very last minute. We didn't buy any pictures or videos as we were hidden behind those people in the front and my kids were much smaller! It was hard to trust them as intially the guy at the front said the next ride was 4pm and when I said I will check the next door company, he said there is availability on 3.45pm. There were no 3.45pm rides, it started at 4pm, just a lie to keep the business. I wish I had gone with Thunder jet next door.

Booked and travelled down from the central coast for my sons birthday only to be told sorry they cancelled the ride ... So went with thunder jet they were awesome
