Hank helped us buy a house in Lawrenceville recently. We live in New Jersey and I found him through Zillow's agent finder which turned out to be the best thing I did. Because of our situation of remote search and other needs, it was not easy to find a good fit and overcome challenges to close. Without Hank's very effective guidance, it would have been a lot more stressful journey. Hank is very seasoned agent and really dependable. I can't ask more really.

Hank is absolutely the realtor that you want in your corner when you are conducting any real estate transaction! He just recently helped my fiancé and I with our first time home purchase and we can not say enough wonderful things about him. Both his services and responses to questions are always incredibly fast and informative. We bought a renovated home from a company where multiple issues were discovered in our first inspection. He went above and beyond to ensure every single item was checked off, got us discounts in our ensuing 2 inspections that we still needed, ensured that the seller paid for a septic inspection once we learned that it was going to be more complex, got the sellers to pay several thousand dollars in closing costs, and more! Hank even gifted us a home warranty for our first year. Once we got the keys to our house after closing, we realized that there were two exterior lights that were still not working (something we all missed). Hank graciously offered to pay himself to have an electrician come out to the house to finalize these last touches, even though the deal was already completed. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Hank, and will absolutely contact him again in the future for any other real estate needs!!

My husband and I have now worked with Hank 8 times (4 purchases and 4 sales)!!! He is honestly the only realtor we plan to ever work with in the future! Hank helped us sell our last home in just a week and a half, and that was in November. He had us in our new home by the first week of December! He most recently helped us sell our daughter's townhome (June 2023), which was under contract in under two weeks.
Hank is extremely reliable and responsive. He will email or text back almost immediately. We were looking for a good buyers agent who would help in all aspects of the buying process. Found Hank Bailey on Google. Hank was a godsend. He was everything we were looking for in a buyers agent. He helped with understanding our needs, arranging showings proactively, explaining the pros and cons of each property, and helping to craft a winning offer. He also helped with negotiating asks during the due diligence period. He also attended the home inspection with us, guiding us with each step. Our closing with seamless!!
We were so happy with the buying process that we decided to have Hank list our current home. He was very observant and aware of the current market conditions. He helped us price the home right and took professional pictures that really enhanced the listing. We had 58 showings in 3 days, and went under contract on the 4th day with multiple offers to choose from!!

Through his extensive real estate career he has developed a strong network of other professionals and he is known in the industry as a man who can be trusted, operates with the highest of ethics, and he gets the job done.
