Five thumbs up for Hank. My wife and I found a one-story house close to where we live now. Thanks to Hank we were able to close on our new house in a matter of weeks. We were very pleased with the prompt service we received. If there were questions or concerns about the house or the loan process Hank was willing to work with us and would get us answers that day or first thing the next day. When we met with him, he was always there waiting for us.
We will have Hank as our agent when we are ready to sell our current house when the remodeling is done on our new house.

He was very hands-on in his commitment to sell my mom’s home and despite his busy schedule, he was surprisingly accessible, responding always in a timely manner to our many questions and/or concerns. He gave solid advice each step of the way beginning with prepping the house for sale through the final closing, all the while being very respectful of our desires and leaving final decisions up to us. To top it off, his fee is very reasonable in today’s market. Hank is absolutely the realtor that you want in your corner when you are conducting any real estate transaction! He just recently helped my fiancé and I with our first time home purchase and we can not say enough wonderful things about him. Both his services and responses to questions are always incredibly fast and informative. We bought a renovated home from a company where multiple issues were discovered in our first inspection. He went above and beyond to ensure every single item was checked off, got us discounts in our ensuing 2 inspections that we still needed, ensured that the seller paid for a septic inspection once we learned that it was going to be more complex, got the sellers to pay several thousand dollars in closing costs, and more! Hank even gifted us a home warranty for our first year. Once we got the keys to our house after closing, we realized that there were two exterior lights that were still not working (something we all missed). Hank graciously offered to pay himself to have an electrician come out to the house to finalize these last touches, even though the deal was already completed. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Hank, and will absolutely contact him again in the future for any other real estate needs!!
