We decided to do some house hunting in the Braselton GA area and being from out of state we didn't have a specific choice for a real estate agent to work with. Based on on-line reviews we went ahead with contacting Hank and it could not have worked out any better. From our very first contact, through closing, Hank was super responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. His contacts in terms of financial, property, and service companies was very helpful. Hank has been a pleasure to work with and we are very satisfied with the new home we found.

Hank was a true Proffessional in my experience listing and selling my home. Hank made me aware of all the options we had in listing and when our offers came in guided me thru the maze to get the best price for our home. When the inspection was complete Hank had great follow up to make sure all the details were complete and then we had a smooth closing with no surprises!

We were looking for a good buyers agent who would help in all aspects of the buying process. Found Hank Bailey on Google. Hank was a godsend. He was everything we were looking for in a buyers agent. He helped with understanding our needs, arranging showings proactively, explaining the pros and cons of each property, and helping to craft a winning offer. He also helped with negotiating asks during the due diligence period. He also attended the home inspection with us, guiding us with each step. Our closing with seamless!!
We were so happy with the buying process that we decided to have Hank list our current home. He was very observant and aware of the current market conditions. He helped us price the home right and took professional pictures that really enhanced the listing. We had 58 showings in 3 days, and went under contract on the 4th day with multiple offers to choose from!!

I've been with Hank since the beginning, and 3 houses later I have never looked back. For me, considering buying/selling a home is synonymous with asking myself, "is it time to call Hank?" That's just the way it is. Hank knows his business, and he gets the job done. I have a lot of experience with other agents who have brought their clients to see my homes, and I can never help but to internally compare them to how much better my agent really is. He is certainly eager and prompt and knows when to hit or stay (pricewise). Want to walk 7 acres to see the creek? Great, Hank will wear his hiking boots (true story).
