We selected Hank Bailey to help us sell our home due to the many positive reviews listed here on Zillow and other listing sites. Hank lived up to those reviews and then some. He was exceptionally responsive and provided invaluable insight on how to present our home. Hank was very engaged in each step of the process and very easy to work with. It is clear that Hank values his customers and provides excellent service based on his customer centric attitude. I would 100% recommend Hank to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, in fact I have recommended that my son leverage him for his home purchase.

Hank came highly recommended to me and from the first time we talked on the phone, I intuitively felt that he was the realtor I had been searching for! Our first meeting was very successful and I chose him to represent the sale of my home. I had lived in my home 27 years so there was definitely a big emotional component to finding the right buyer. Hank worked very hard and after a few potential buyers, he found the perfect family to purchase my home! Everything went without a hitch and despite me being ill with the flu, we had our closing quickly and successfully! Hank is extremely knowledgable of the market and put my best interests and desires above everything else. He sold my home in a timely manner at a price I was very pleased with! I would recommend Hank to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. In fact- I already have!

We chose Hank as our agent when purchasing our home in Jefferson, Georgia. We had only two days to see homes due to a work relocation, and Hank worked tirelessly leading up to those two days to make sure we saw not only as many homes as possible, but also the homes that fit our needs and our wants. We told him what we were looking for, and he really zeroed in on homes that worked for our family. Of the 15 homes that Hank showed us in two days, we probably could have lived in any one of them. When it came time to put in an offer, it was such a relief (and great negotiating chip) to have a 2nd and 3rd house to fall back on. I don't think we would have had that luxury if we didn't have Hank working for us.
When it came time to put an offer on our home, Hank was a tough negotiator and got us under contract for WELL BELOW asking price! I will say with complete confidence that having Hank as our agent probably saved us at least $15K on the purchase of our home.
Hank over-communicated through the entire closing process, always made himself available 24/7, and was very quick to respond to calls and emails (if he didn't pick up on the first ring, which he usually did). We had to close in 3 weeks, and Hank and his team were able to get it done!
If you are purchasing a home in Northeast Georgia, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better agent than Hank! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

If anyone needs to buy or sell a house I know the right person to go to. His name is Hank Bailey/remax. When I first met him he said he would be able to sell my house in a month. Well he did! And believe me we had some issues with the buyer - but Hank took care of it. So if u need someone to sell your house or help you buy a house Hank is the man.

Hank is definitely an agent that knows what he is doing. Personally I found out that a house isn't really stressful to buy as look as you have a great Realtor to back you up. I never once went without knowing what was going on through the process. I was kept inform every step of the way, which is very important for a buyer. If i didn't feel secure with my agent this process would have been long and stressful. Hank did his job and then some!
If you are looking for an agent that has knowledge,expertise,negotiation skills I would recommend Hank Bailey!

Hank has helped me through the process of purchasing my first home. To say that he is responsive is an understatement. He responds to questions and requests lightening fast, and never made me feel like any question was a dumb question. I know Hank is a busy agent, but he always made us feel like we were a priority. Hank did an absoulutly great job selling my home. We listed it and 3 weeks later sold to the very 1st viewer. Honest, professional, understanding, and all in all great guy! Amazing realtor, Hank was recommended to us by our grandson whom purchased his first home from Hank, telling us how impressed he was . After meeting with Hank the first time we understood why he was so impressed. Hank is professional, extremely nice and very knowledgeable of the market. He always responded quickly to our calls and emails. Hank put so much effort into selling our house and best of all he sold it a week after it was listed. Hank was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Hank made the entire process of buying a house effortless. His experience and knowledge of his trade helped us quickly zero in on exactly what we wanted and when we found it, there was absolutely no doubt.
Hank made sure every aspect of our home selection process, loan application and final purchase went off without a hitch. He showed us exactly the houses we wanted to see. Once we selected a house and chose a lender Hank recommended, Hank worked with the lender and was instrumental in keeping that process timely and simple.
In short Hank was very proactive and responsive to make the entire project stress free and enjoyable.

Recently had our 3rd and 4th experiences with Hank. In the past, he helped my wife and I purchase out first home and also helped my aunt buy her first home at 58 years old! This time around we used his services to sell our home as well as help us find a new one. He had us under contract in selling our home in basically two business days. It was amazing and a shock to us. We weren't expecting it to be that quick. He was quickly tasked with helping us find a new place as well. He was so instrumental in getting a great price for our house we sold as well as negotiating a great price on our new home. There are other realtors in the area that claim to be the best but I'd challenge anyone to give Hank a try the next time they have a need for an agent. You'll soon learn that he is THE best in the area!

Hank is a nice and genuine person that really loves selling houses. He was excited about our house and that came through in the ad that he put together for us. He was very professional--giving us his advice but still respecting us to make the important decisions. We sold our house quickly and painlessly even though we had moved across the country to Arizona during most of the process. He would do things beyond his job--such as emailing the lawyer to make sure everything was in order for closing and even stopping by the house to have our mail forwarded to our new house. Hank definitely went above and beyond--I highly recommend him.

Hank helped us both sell our old home and find our new one. He always responded immediately to texts or phone calls, and was infinitely patient during our search process (we had a long list of must-haves). He was also very helpful in keeping us in the loop when problems came up regarding the sale of our house because of a long-ago error by a previous seller, and kept us calm while things were sorted out!
We would recommend Hank to anyone buying or selling in the greater Athens area. He knows the area well, and is clearly experienced with all the steps involved in buying and selling (home inspections, tips for pricing etc.) and provides excellent guidance and advice during the entire process.

Hank was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and responsive to our concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. He always returned our calls and messages promptly. The photo presentation he did was excellent and helped sell the house quickly. He posted the house on Zillow. The couple that bought our house was from out of town and would never have seen it if not for the great pictures and advertising.
We would definitely recommend him to anyone who really wants to sell their house.

With Hank's expertise we got 95% of original list price and 97% of current list price to sales price in just 30 days on the market! Hank recommended putting a home warranty on our listing and with further due diligence with contractors we could trust we only had to pay $150 in repairs and not the $500 we committed to do.

I would highly recommend Hank, he was honest and trustworthy through the entire process. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and was always friendly and upbeat. He made our transition to Oconee easy, we now have a fabulous home that meets all our criteria.

We had attempted to sell our home two times over a period of 1 year with no luck. We had tons of showings and only one low offer. I found Hank on Zillow and because of his reviews I chose to interview him. After the interview my wife and I felt he was honest and knew the business very well.
Then two days after the house went on the market we had a full offer. Needless to say we were all in shock! The rest is history. Closing went very well and the overall experience was painless.
Hank will keep you in the loop and make sure you are never left in the dark. He responds to every text, email, and call almost immediately. Overall I would not look any further If you want to list your home. He is the real deal and I would call him a friend from this point on.

I would highly recommend Hank. He assisted my sister and I in selling our fathers home. The process was extremely smooth and quick. Hank had a buyer immediately however that deal did not go through. With Hank's direction we immediately had an open house and received numerous offers. Ultimately we accepted one of the offers and sold the house for significantly more than our list price, we were ecstatic.
Our Dad was living in his house during the sales process and Hank showed extreme sensitivity to the situation and coordinates all sales activity around what was most convenient for all of us.
