We truly enjoyed working with Hank. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and always listened to us and made suggestions as needed. He put OUR best interests and desires ahead of everything else. Hank is also very reliable. He ALWAYS responded to each and every text or email immediately. He sold our home in a timely manner and at a price we were very pleased with. I would recommend Hank to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We would definitely use him again!!!

Hank made the entire process of buying a house effortless. His experience and knowledge of his trade helped us quickly zero in on exactly what we wanted and when we found it, there was absolutely no doubt.
Hank made sure every aspect of our home selection process, loan application and final purchase went off without a hitch. He showed us exactly the houses we wanted to see. Once we selected a house and chose a lender Hank recommended, Hank worked with the lender and was instrumental in keeping that process timely and simple.
In short Hank was very proactive and responsive to make the entire project stress free and enjoyable.

Recently had our 3rd and 4th experiences with Hank. In the past, he helped my wife and I purchase out first home and also helped my aunt buy her first home at 58 years old! This time around we used his services to sell our home as well as help us find a new one. He had us under contract in selling our home in basically two business days. It was amazing and a shock to us. We weren't expecting it to be that quick. He was quickly tasked with helping us find a new place as well. He was so instrumental in getting a great price for our house we sold as well as negotiating a great price on our new home. There are other realtors in the area that claim to be the best but I'd challenge anyone to give Hank a try the next time they have a need for an agent. You'll soon learn that he is THE best in the area!

Hank is a nice and genuine person that really loves selling houses. He was excited about our house and that came through in the ad that he put together for us. He was very professional--giving us his advice but still respecting us to make the important decisions. We sold our house quickly and painlessly even though we had moved across the country to Arizona during most of the process. He would do things beyond his job--such as emailing the lawyer to make sure everything was in order for closing and even stopping by the house to have our mail forwarded to our new house. Hank definitely went above and beyond--I highly recommend him.

Hank helped us both sell our old home and find our new one. He always responded immediately to texts or phone calls, and was infinitely patient during our search process (we had a long list of must-haves). He was also very helpful in keeping us in the loop when problems came up regarding the sale of our house because of a long-ago error by a previous seller, and kept us calm while things were sorted out!
We would recommend Hank to anyone buying or selling in the greater Athens area. He knows the area well, and is clearly experienced with all the steps involved in buying and selling (home inspections, tips for pricing etc.) and provides excellent guidance and advice during the entire process.

Hank was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and responsive to our concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. He always returned our calls and messages promptly. The photo presentation he did was excellent and helped sell the house quickly. He posted the house on Zillow. The couple that bought our house was from out of town and would never have seen it if not for the great pictures and advertising.
We would definitely recommend him to anyone who really wants to sell their house.

With Hank's expertise we got 95% of original list price and 97% of current list price to sales price in just 30 days on the market! Hank recommended putting a home warranty on our listing and with further due diligence with contractors we could trust we only had to pay $150 in repairs and not the $500 we committed to do.

I would highly recommend Hank, he was honest and trustworthy through the entire process. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and was always friendly and upbeat. He made our transition to Oconee easy, we now have a fabulous home that meets all our criteria.

We had attempted to sell our home two times over a period of 1 year with no luck. We had tons of showings and only one low offer. I found Hank on Zillow and because of his reviews I chose to interview him. After the interview my wife and I felt he was honest and knew the business very well.
Then two days after the house went on the market we had a full offer. Needless to say we were all in shock! The rest is history. Closing went very well and the overall experience was painless.
Hank will keep you in the loop and make sure you are never left in the dark. He responds to every text, email, and call almost immediately. Overall I would not look any further If you want to list your home. He is the real deal and I would call him a friend from this point on.

I would highly recommend Hank. He assisted my sister and I in selling our fathers home. The process was extremely smooth and quick. Hank had a buyer immediately however that deal did not go through. With Hank's direction we immediately had an open house and received numerous offers. Ultimately we accepted one of the offers and sold the house for significantly more than our list price, we were ecstatic.
Our Dad was living in his house during the sales process and Hank showed extreme sensitivity to the situation and coordinates all sales activity around what was most convenient for all of us.

We moved to the Athens, Georgia area after living in the same town for 30 years. We met with Hank and told him our price range, house size and desired locations. He immediately provided us with a list of houses that met these parameters. He updated this list daily as new houses came on the market. When we saw a house we wanted to see, Hank was very responsive and timely in showing the house to us. We were impressed with his knowledge of each house that we saw -- never did he just simply open the door and say, "O.K., just look around." He anticipated the questions we might have about each house and had the answers for us. Throughout our house buying process, Hank remained positve and professional at all times.

My experience with Hank was excellent. I was buying a property from out of town, and Hank was super-knowledgeable, very informed, and most importantly incredibly accessible and easy to work with. Mr. Bailey has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire home buying process! Always five steps ahead.... Before I can think of it, he has already answered it. Selling a home is exciting and challenging at the same time. Hank makes this process as smooth as possible. He is extremely responsive and keeps things on track. Even when you don't realize it Hank is working to ensure things remain on track. One of the most impressive things about Hank is keeping you updated regarding closing. In my experience this is one of the most stressful times of the entire process because, as the seller, you are often out of the loop regarding the buyer's loan approval process. Hank will keep you informed on the closing process and provide as much lead time on the actual closing date and time as he can. This in-and-of itself removes a lot of anxiety.

Hank describes himself as a "recovering type A," and that's good news for anyone smart enough to hire him to sell their home. It means exquisite attention to detail, anticipating your needs and wants before you can think of requesting/ demanding anything at all, and an ability to keep many balls in the air for his zillions of listings while treating you like you're the only seller in the universe. Hank has the experience, temperament, intelligence and negotiation skills to make the selling process a success. He delivers what he promises, and doesn't promise anything he can't deliver. When my husband and I first started house hunting, I contacted 3 buyer's agents. Hank responded within minutes, and has been on top of it ever since! Being first time home buyers we were a little intimidated by the entire process, but Hank has made it so easy for us! He has great knowledge about the area, and knows the important details to take note of when viewing a home.
