Hank was very responsive and I highly recommend using him as your agent on a home sale and/or a home purchase. Hank provided all the documents via email with the ability to e-sign which was important to me as I was out of town during the process. Hank is very professional and provided the highest standard of service thru the whole process of selling my home and purchasing a new home.

We interviewed several real estate agents prior to the sale of our home. After reviewing several, Hank stood out from the rest. He was honest, very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. We felt very comfortable with our decision. He made it very easy to list our home with him. The professional photography was an added bonus and our home had an offer in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! He was always immediately available to speak with regarding questions or concerns throughout the entire process. He kept us updated and even assisted the buyers agent Pat Greene with their end of the contract. Hank is definitely an expert at what he does and it shows! Hank did a great job helping us find our home after relocating from South Carolina to Georgia. I was very pleased with how responsive he was by email and phone which helped the process move smoothly. Sincere, trustworthy and accessible. Hank was someone that we went with after talking to a few different realtors because he came across as a genuine person. As a prosecutor, I am naturally skeptical but Hank showed how good values, hard work and honesty can make a difference. Our house went under contract after a week and Hank guided us through the process. He is very persistent and personable. He and I communicated by phone and text several times each day. We had a curve ball or two thrown our way during the "under contract" phase, but Hank showed me that he was honest and experienced, and exercised excellent judgment. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for someone with good old values and will sell your house as good as anybody, if not better.

Words cannot describe how pleased we were to work with Hank again. He helped us find our home 2 yrs ago and he was the only one we would consider listing it a few months ago. He is not your typical realtor, who works from 8pm to 5pm. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, he is prompt to answer them right away. His negotiation skills were outstanding, we had a unique situation and he knew exactly how to handle it.

I have to confess, Hank didn't sell my home, but he did sell my in-laws home! My husbands parents kept telling us about this realtor they had and how he has such a great reputation in the community and we didn't really think much of it. My husband and I live in CT and his parents lived in Lawrenceville, GA. The distance always made us question any realtor that his parents were talking to, but boy did Hank prove himself to us! My in-laws decided to move abroad to take care of an ill relative and they needed to sell off everything from the furniture and their cars to ultimately their house. They went with another realtor first and not much really happened. They thought they were never going to sell and they would be stuck here awhile longer while our relative got sicker and sicker. Before we knew it, Hank came into the picture and 4 days later, the house was sold. Now, that was the easy part because while we all thought that would be the hard part, what really killed us was trying to close. The date was originally set for March 25th, but it kept getting pushed back further and further because of the buyers lender. Throughout the entire process, Hank kept us informed and called regularly with updates. He made sure to be always available and was sincere in understanding our frustration. We finally closed on April 20th, almost a full month later and as much as it stressed everyone out, Hank was there to fight for our side. It wasn't easy especially because after the originally closing scheduled date my husbands parents came up to CT to stay with us for a few weeks before officially moving abroad. We saw our parents frustration and stress throughout the entire closing process. As much as everyone doubted if the closing would actually happen or not, one thing never changed and that was how our parents felt about Hank. Ultimately, he was on top of everything, kept the lines of communication open, and had our best interests at heart. I hope we can find a realtor like Hank up here in CT for when we decide to move! For anyone looking for a realtor in the GA area, you'd be in good hands with Hank!

I had my house on the market for 6 months with very little true interest, I contracted with Hank after the 6 months and Hank had an offer on the table within 4 weeks. Hank was very familiar with the loan options and also with the fair market value in the area. Hank was very good at keeping me informed. If I ever need to purchase or sale a home, Hank would be my first contact.

Hank made every process of selling our house as painless as possible! He always kept us updated and always made us feel like we were his only clients! Hank even was a huge advocate for us in the purchase of our new house even though he didn't have to! We really appreciate all he did and we couldn't be happier with the results!

In a word, Hank is a rockstar. Our experience with Hank was excellent. He was highly recommended to us by friends. We had contacted him a year ago expressing our interest to sell our home and discussed our goals. Hank gave us some honest advice, and we decided to wait a year.

My wife and I found ourselves looking for a house out of state and researched for the best realtor in the area we were interested in.
Our search came up with Hank Bailey. Hank is very familiar with the area he works in, professional, knowledgeable and really all and all, just an around nice guy. The kind of guy you would like for next door neighbor. Hank closed on the scheduled date and iron out any diversion that came up.

Hank tries to list your house for a great price. I interviewed other realtors, and they wanted to list my house for a lot lower than what he suggested. This got me a lot better price for my home. He was extremely responsive, both through texts, e-mails, and phone calls. Through his system I got a lot of views on my house as well. He also sold the house behind me very fast as well. I would recommend him to anybody. He doesn't play around. You are his interest, and he will do anything to help you out.
If I didn't have a realtor like him, I would have been lost in the process. Thank you so much Hank!

What stood out the most with Hank Bailey for me, was his immediate response to any calls, texts or emails. When you are selling or buying a home, there are many questions that need quick responses at times. Hank as our Agent made us feel comfortable contacting him.

This is the bottom line, Hank was our second realtor and within the first week we sold the house. One of the main differences is that he is dedicated to the job and he makes sure that he is always available. He takes professional pictures of the house which I think is key to brining people in the door. I would gladly recommend Hank to anyone.

This is our 2nd time working with Hank. He helped us find and purchase our first home so when we decided it was time to sell.... it was be Hank to the rescue!! We knew we would not have to worry about a single detail. Hank was always more than one step ahead of us. As nerve wracking as selling and purchasing a home can be Hank made us feel at ease every step of the way. Hank is a POWER HOUSE!! Hank was amazing helping my family and I find a house. My husband and I chose three houses to look at, all of which we hated. We gave Hank a few ideas of what we were looking for and the next day, he sent me a listing. We ended up buying the house, and he negotiated us a deal for $20,000 less in a sought after area!! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Hank was in constant communication with us the entire time. He would email or call back immediately. The seller's realtor even said he was the easiest realtor to work with and made the process very smooth. I would recommend Hank to anyone and everyone looking to buy/sell a house.

The first time I contacted Hank he had an appointment to see the home I was interested in the very next day, even though it was the week of Christmas. He always followed up on properties and scheduled viewings immediately. Hank was extremely quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we had. He did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf when we found the home we wanted. Hank is overall a wonderful real estate agent and a genuinely nice guy.

I saw his reputation on line. Decide to change my agent after fail of sale with previous agent ( I stayed with her for 6 monthes). Mr. Hank sold it with in 2 month.

Hank was amazing! He was very knowledgable and good at what he does. I was a bit of a pain when it came to certain things but Hank took it all in stride and got me what I wanted for less than I was asking! Truly one of the good ones here! You can't go wrong with Hank Bailey.
