With Hank's expertise we got 95% of original list price and 97% of current list price to sales price in just 30 days on the market! Hank recommended putting a home warranty on our listing and with further due diligence with contractors we could trust we only had to pay $150 in repairs and not the $500 we committed to do.

We had attempted to sell our home two times over a period of 1 year with no luck. We had tons of showings and only one low offer. I found Hank on Zillow and because of his reviews I chose to interview him. After the interview my wife and I felt he was honest and knew the business very well.
Then two days after the house went on the market we had a full offer. Needless to say we were all in shock! The rest is history. Closing went very well and the overall experience was painless.
Hank will keep you in the loop and make sure you are never left in the dark. He responds to every text, email, and call almost immediately. Overall I would not look any further If you want to list your home. He is the real deal and I would call him a friend from this point on.

I would highly recommend Hank. He assisted my sister and I in selling our fathers home. The process was extremely smooth and quick. Hank had a buyer immediately however that deal did not go through. With Hank's direction we immediately had an open house and received numerous offers. Ultimately we accepted one of the offers and sold the house for significantly more than our list price, we were ecstatic.
Our Dad was living in his house during the sales process and Hank showed extreme sensitivity to the situation and coordinates all sales activity around what was most convenient for all of us.

We moved to the Athens, Georgia area after living in the same town for 30 years. We met with Hank and told him our price range, house size and desired locations. He immediately provided us with a list of houses that met these parameters. He updated this list daily as new houses came on the market. When we saw a house we wanted to see, Hank was very responsive and timely in showing the house to us. We were impressed with his knowledge of each house that we saw -- never did he just simply open the door and say, "O.K., just look around." He anticipated the questions we might have about each house and had the answers for us. Throughout our house buying process, Hank remained positve and professional at all times.

We have used Hank twice now - once on the purchase of property in Athens, Ga., and again to sell the property four years later. Both times we were very impressed with Hank. Mr. Bailey has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire home buying process! Always five steps ahead.... Before I can think of it, he has already answered it. Selling a home is exciting and challenging at the same time. Hank makes this process as smooth as possible. He is extremely responsive and keeps things on track. Even when you don't realize it Hank is working to ensure things remain on track. One of the most impressive things about Hank is keeping you updated regarding closing. In my experience this is one of the most stressful times of the entire process because, as the seller, you are often out of the loop regarding the buyer's loan approval process. Hank will keep you informed on the closing process and provide as much lead time on the actual closing date and time as he can. This in-and-of itself removes a lot of anxiety.

Hank was an excellent representative for myself and my husband. He went above and beyond for us in every aspect of the process. Hank is awesome! My wife and I moved from Boston and we're not sure who to reach out to when we arrived in Georgia to buy a home having no family or friends in the area we were living. We called many agents with no return calls back. When we found a number for Hank and reached out he called us back almost instantly. He then spent 2 weeks with us calling and emailing with little wait time in between. I loved that quick response so we were not waiting to make the biggest decision of our lives in suspense for a reply back. This would be our first home after being married and my first home ever bought! My wife and I went to Hank a few years ago when we were first looking to buy a house. It just wasn't in the cards for us at the time I guess, but Hank made a lasting impression. He came to our house, drove us around to view the places in which we were interested, and really did a great job negotiating price and our buyer requests.
A few years later, a house kinda popped up out of nowhere and we bought it without an agent (not recommended!). We have a toddler and our second child on the way and needed to settle somewhere. Well, not long after that the rest of our family in the area moved south. Long story short, most of our family members now live in south Georgia and NONE live anywhere near us, so we decided to make the move as well. Where to start? We called Hank.
We were pretty stressed out the majority of the time, but we put our trust in Hank and listened and followed his ideas. He kept us as calm about it all as he could. Man, calling him was the best decision we made during the whole process. Thanks to Hank Bailey, our house is sold without a loss and we can plan to make our move south to be with the rest of our family.
