In a word, Hank is a rockstar. Our experience with Hank was excellent. He was highly recommended to us by friends. We had contacted him a year ago expressing our interest to sell our home and discussed our goals. Hank gave us some honest advice, and we decided to wait a year.
A year later we reached out again, he came by to look at the house, we had a great conversation, and decided to move forward with listing our home for sale. Per Hank's recommendation, we listed at a price that met our goals and was competitive in the market. We quickly had a couple of offers, and Hank provided some great advice helping us navigate our options. It quickly became evident Hank is a seasoned professional. We were able to sell our home within a week, received our full asking price with minimal stipulations. Hank's advice was right on and helped us move through the process quickly. Hank exceeded our expectations, exemplifying honesty, integrity, attentiveness, and professionalism in his service, and I highly recommend Hank!

My wife and I found ourselves looking for a house out of state and researched for the best realtor in the area we were interested in.
Our search came up with Hank Bailey. Hank is very familiar with the area he works in, professional, knowledgeable and really all and all, just an around nice guy. The kind of guy you would like for next door neighbor. Hank closed on the scheduled date and iron out any diversion that came up.

Hank tries to list your house for a great price. I interviewed other realtors, and they wanted to list my house for a lot lower than what he suggested. This got me a lot better price for my home. He was extremely responsive, both through texts, e-mails, and phone calls. Through his system I got a lot of views on my house as well. He also sold the house behind me very fast as well. I would recommend him to anybody. He doesn't play around. You are his interest, and he will do anything to help you out.
If I didn't have a realtor like him, I would have been lost in the process. Thank you so much Hank!

What stood out the most with Hank Bailey for me, was his immediate response to any calls, texts or emails. When you are selling or buying a home, there are many questions that need quick responses at times. Hank as our Agent made us feel comfortable contacting him.

This is the bottom line, Hank was our second realtor and within the first week we sold the house. One of the main differences is that he is dedicated to the job and he makes sure that he is always available. He takes professional pictures of the house which I think is key to brining people in the door. I would gladly recommend Hank to anyone.

This is our 2nd time working with Hank. He helped us find and purchase our first home so when we decided it was time to sell.... it was be Hank to the rescue!! We knew we would not have to worry about a single detail. Hank was always more than one step ahead of us. As nerve wracking as selling and purchasing a home can be Hank made us feel at ease every step of the way. Hank is a POWER HOUSE!! We often wondered if he ever slept, he was in CONSTANT communication with us. He did it all!

Hank was amazing helping my family and I find a house. My husband and I chose three houses to look at, all of which we hated. We gave Hank a few ideas of what we were looking for and the next day, he sent me a listing. We ended up buying the house, and he negotiated us a deal for $20,000 less in a sought after area!! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Hank was in constant communication with us the entire time. He would email or call back immediately. The seller's realtor even said he was the easiest realtor to work with and made the process very smooth. I would recommend Hank to anyone and everyone looking to buy/sell a house.

The first time I contacted Hank he had an appointment to see the home I was interested in the very next day, even though it was the week of Christmas. He always followed up on properties and scheduled viewings immediately. Hank was extremely quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we had. He did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf when we found the home we wanted. Hank is overall a wonderful real estate agent and a genuinely nice guy.

Hank is very thorough and responsive. He communicated with me constantly throughout the process to make sure that we understood where we were in the process. He also immediately returned phone calls, text messages, and e-mails, which is refreshing. We ultimately received an almost full price offer.

I saw his reputation on line. Decide to change my agent after fail of sale with previous agent ( I stayed with her for 6 monthes). Mr. Hank sold it with in 2 month.
All of process was excellent.

Hank was amazing! He was very knowledgable and good at what he does. I was a bit of a pain when it came to certain things but Hank took it all in stride and got me what I wanted for less than I was asking! Truly one of the good ones here! You can't go wrong with Hank Bailey.

He was exceptionally responsive and provided invaluable insight on how to present our home. Hank was very engaged in each step of the process and very easy to work with. Hank came highly recommended to me and from the first time we talked on the phone, I intuitively felt that he was the realtor I had been searching for! Our first meeting was very successful and I chose him to represent the sale of my home. I had lived in my home 27 years so there was definitely a big emotional component to finding the right buyer. Hank worked very hard and after a few potential buyers, he found the perfect family to purchase my home! Everything went without a hitch and despite me being ill with the flu, we had our closing quickly and successfully! Hank is extremely knowledgable of the market and put my best interests and desires above everything else. He sold my home in a timely manner at a price I was very pleased with! We chose Hank as our agent when purchasing our home in Jefferson, Georgia. We had only two days to see homes due to a work relocation, and Hank worked tirelessly leading up to those two days to make sure we saw not only as many homes as possible, but also the homes that fit our needs and our wants. We told him what we were looking for, and he really zeroed in on homes that worked for our family. Of the 15 homes that Hank showed us in two days, we probably could have lived in any one of them. When it came time to put in an offer, it was such a relief (and great negotiating chip) to have a 2nd and 3rd house to fall back on. I don't think we would have had that luxury if we didn't have Hank working for us.
When it came time to put an offer on our home, Hank was a tough negotiator and got us under contract for WELL BELOW asking price! I will say with complete confidence that having Hank as our agent probably saved us at least $15K on the purchase of our home.
Hank over-communicated through the entire closing process, always made himself available 24/7, and was very quick to respond to calls and emails (if he didn't pick up on the first ring, which he usually did). We had to close in 3 weeks, and Hank and his team were able to get it done!
If you are purchasing a home in Northeast Georgia, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better agent than Hank! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

If anyone needs to buy or sell a house I know the right person to go to. His name is Hank Bailey/remax. When I first met him he said he would be able to sell my house in a month. Well he did! And believe me we had some issues with the buyer - but Hank took care of it. So if u need someone to sell your house or help you buy a house Hank is the man.

Hank is definitely an agent that knows what he is doing. Personally I found out that a house isn't really stressful to buy as look as you have a great Realtor to back you up. I never once went without knowing what was going on through the process. I was kept inform every step of the way, which is very important for a buyer. If i didn't feel secure with my agent this process would have been long and stressful. Hank did his job and then some!

Hank has helped me through the process of purchasing my first home. To say that he is responsive is an understatement. Amazing realtor, Hank was recommended to us by our grandson whom purchased his first home from Hank, telling us how impressed he was .
