Unbelievable service, Hank was recommended to me by another agent who doesn't work in the area, saying he would get the job done, and that he did, we had the offer we eventually accepted on the first day of listing, as Hank contacted several realtors and clients who he thought might have an interest in the home. The effort Hank put into this sale was 4-5 times as much as I could have ever expected, he work day and night to straighten out kinks from my lender, as well as problems the buyer had. I was also impressed by how much work he put in on such a low value property, knowing the commission wouldn't be as much as other properties, but he treated myself and the job as though it was a 2-3 Million dollar home. On top of all that, I am an out of state seller and he handled all the extra work of that like it was nothing! I have never met a realtor even close to Hank in the amount of effort and professionalism given to a sale.

Mr. Bailey was an ease to work with. I have worked with many agents over the past 20 years and Mr. Bailey by far exceeded my expectations. He is prompt, considerate and truly works to sell your home; he does not just list the home and wait on his commission. He works the property through multi-media and networking which results is a prompt sale. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Thanks to several foreclosures in the neighborhood, the value on my home dropped considerably since I purchased it in 2006. In needing to sell my home to move out of state for a better job offer at the beginning of this year, I was rather leery about the whole short-sale process, but couldn't see any other way. Hank was great, though. I had an offer on my home after one DAY on the market! After that, it was the waiting game and haggling with the mortgage company. Hank was really encouraging and on top of things throughout the process. He's definitely a pro when it comes to short sales. If ever I need a home again in GA, he'd be the first one I'd contact! And I'll definitely be referring him to any friends in the area who need a realtor, as well...

Hands down Hank Bailey is the best of the best! My fiance and I were starting our journey of buying a home and as first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and not sure which direction to go in. After working with two other agents I was left hopeless. I found Hank online and after reading such great reviews decided to give him a call. IMMEDIATLEY he made me feel comfortable and confident that he would find us exactly what we wanted. He was ready to search and find us the home of our dreams. Hank made us feel like we were family and he had our very best interest at heart. After reading other reviews on Zillow my fiance joking told me "Hey we arent that special after all, Hank treats everyone this way"! I wouldnt expect anything less :) There is not a chance in the world we would be in the house we are if it wasnt for Hank. He knows what he is doing and he made things happen that other angents said couldnt happen! So if your looking to buy or sell you better make sure you are ready because Hank is a very motivated agent who will not rest until you and your family get exactly what you want!!!!!

We've now had the pleasure of working with Hank on both ends of real estate ... selling and buying! Hank helped us list our home for $25k over what we purchased our home for just 11 months prior in this "downturned economy". Within 2 hours of putting a for sale sign in the yard, we had our first showing set up for the following day. The house then went under contract less than 2 days later. As if that wasn't great enough, it went under contract for our asking price!!
I tell EVERYONE I talk to to hire Hank! We even call him "Hank the Tank" in our home because he doesn't mess around and we think he's just amazing! He gets the job done efficiently and is so very helpful during the entire process. Plus, if you can sell a home for more than most around you that quickly during a buyers market, that's an outstanding real estate agent to have on your side!
To top it all off, Hank also found us a home exactly like we wanted and helped us negotiate to get it for the price we wanted! We can't say enough wonderful things about him.
He's on the top of his marketing game for homes, and he's incredibly knowledgable and friendly too! ;)

Not only did he help us with the selling of our previous home he also helped us find a new home and did fantastic negotiating for us from the sellers. I highly recommend Hank and will be more than happy to present him with new leads in the event that someone wants to buy or sell a home. I cannot say enough good things about Hank. Hank was truly professional is all senses. He listened carefully during our first meeting and adjusted his showings. He moved quickly once we made a decision and followed up thru an inordinate number of steps and delays. He negotiated on our behalf with not only the seller but the inspector and handyman. The very first time that my husband and I met with Hank, we were immediately impressed with his knowledge, insight and determination to get our family the perfect house. Mr. Bailey was an advocate and friend to the highest degree during my short sale process. It was obvious that he exerted great effort to help me get the most timely deal from a legitimate buyer. He was always specific in detailing the steps of the process and what information was needed from me. He mediated all communications to me whether from the seller or short sale attorneys, often clarifying language that was difficult to wade through. Whenever various hurdles presented themselves, at no time did Mr. Bailey fail to have a relentlessly positive and firm attitude that the short sale would get done. Hank is the kind of Real Estate Professional everyone hopes to have working for them when buying a home. He provided me with every available listing that met my personal and financial needs. If you are looking for a realtor, you will not be able to find a better candidate. If you are looking for a short sale realtor experience is KEY. Hank is amazing. Many people claim to be knowledgeable in short sales. I am not sure anyone could understand this process better than Hank. My wife and I recently had to go through the painful decision to short sale. We did not know even how to start the process. I sent Hank an email, and his response time was amazing. His communication is unparallelled. He walked us through the process and knew every aspect. We even had two offers the next day after listing. We were under contract in the FIRST WEEK! Now, understand that the process does take some time, but the banks are off your back for the process. This is where Hank is KEY. He knows how to keep the buyers hanging on while the banks work through all of the legal mumbo jumbo. The one thing I know for sure is that without Hank we would not have been able to have the short sale and walk away from a huge mistake.

Prior to finding Hank, I was truly considering a strategic default. With an out of state work transfer, I was feeling hopeless that there was any way to gracefully extract myself from my house. Hank however, teaming with the ASAP program, helped me every step of the way, finding buyers (multiples after our first buyer got cold feet), negotiating contracts, working with the lenders, and getting us closed in the smoothest closing I've ever experienced.
