Hank was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process of selling our home. He was courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work. I appreciated his prompt replies to questions and concerns when corresponding through email and phone. He accurately assessed the market and we were able to sell our home for more than the listed sale price. He also had important recommendations when working out the details of our sale contract, which we would have not known about otherwise. It was also very convenient to be able to use docusign in order to complete contract agreements and amendments since we were already out of town. I would recommend using Hank as either a buyers agent or a sellers agent.

Hank was very helpful when we bought our home. After the first agent went several days without responding to me I contacted hank and he always responded same day throughout the process. Very nice guy to deal with.

Nice Guy -- Knowledgeable in the field of real estate-- Went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly during the entire process, from the initial looking to the final close. Always there to answer any questions that I had and asked the questions that I had not thought of yet.
