Hank worked with us to help us take advantage of the foreclosures on the market in 2010. Once we gave him the criteria of what we were interested in, he supplied us with lists of options that all had potential for our needs.
We spent some time riding around looking at some of our top picks on those lists and after a few days, narrowed our list down to one specific house that we wanted. Hank was patient and offered great guidance throughout the process and never became annoyed that we were taking so long to examine the long list of houses we were looking at.
When it came time to write the offer, Hank offered excellent advice on how to structure the offer to the bank so that it would be taken seriously by the bank and hopefully even put our offer ahead of other offers that were less appealing to the bank.
His guidance was priceless. We submitted our offer on Monday morning just before the bank opened. There were multiple offers on the house, but apparently each of the other offers were asking things of the bank that they were not interested in delivering. Just after lunch on that very same day, the bank replied that they had accepted our offer with no changes to the conditions. We credit Hank with that success because there were things that we would have liked to included and he cautioned us that those things could potentially make our offer less appealing.
When it comes to buying foreclosures, short sales, and just properties in general, I would recommend Hank as my first call. He understands that buying a house is a HUGE decision and is willing to give you the proper amount of time to consider that decision. Do yourself a favor and call him when you are ready to buy or sell.

For someone with very little experience in home buying I am very greatful that Hank is my agent. From the very start Hank has been nothing but professional, timely, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Every question asked to Hank (no matter what) was not a burden, it is apparent that this is more than a job for him as he does everything possible to keep his clients feeling comfortable throughout the process, from finding the right home to ensuring you get to closing without any loose ends. I would highly recommend Hank to anyone without hesitation. When you see his mission statement "Being Just Good Enough, Never Is!" This is Hank at his finest because be truly believes in just that. Since my last message due to unforeseen setbacks on my part it has been 5 months and I have finally closed on my dream home (the same one Hank and I have been working on since the start). Through this whole experience Hank has been a pillar for me, he has encouraged me not to give up and has helped me to keep my eye on the prize. I can truly say that few if any agents would have this much caring, patience and professionalism. It has been an Honor for me to work with such a man, I can never say enough. It is a pleasure to write this review for Hank Bailey. During the time I have worked with Hank I have been especially impressed with his professionalism. In addition to being a professional, Hank possesses extensive market knowledge, financing and negotiation skills . I contacted Hank last year when I called about a home he had listed on his website. I explained to Hank that I had two (2) objectives..the first was I wanted a dwelling with “character” the second, I was looking for a good investment. We quickly found that the two do not necessarily go hand in hand. During this time it became apparent that Hank's objective was not to “just put me in a house” and then move on. Instead, over the following months Hank contacted me on a regular basis with possibilities that he felt were worthwhile to consider . It seemed that Hank had always done his homework before we discussed a property. As such he was able to provide me with all of the information needed to make a decision. He was very patient in responding to my comments and the many questions that I had.. Hank, in addition to being a real professional, is very personable and a pleasure to work with . I would highly recommend Hank for all real estate needs.

Hank was a huge assest in the buying of our land for our future dream home. He made the process simple and exciting. Hank Bailey is the best agent to work with by far! My best friend is an agent with a competing company and we still chose Hank to help buy our 2nd home. He made it possible to buy a second home for our growing family when we grew out of our current home and our job locations changed. Now seeing how the purchasing of a home is supposed to go (thanks to Hank), I realized when we bought our first home how bad we messed up. Hank works for YOU and does everything possible (and even more than we thought possible). He was always there by email (within minutes) of answering any questions I had multiple times of the day. Hank helped us sell our house in east Athens. His knowledge about the housing market in our area was excellent. He priced our house perfectly and it is now under contract in less than 3 weeks! I think that Hank had an excellent marketing campaign, which created lots of buyer interest and ultimately sold the house for us. He is great with internet advertising, texting details of our property and taking lots of pictures for buyers too look at. He always answered our questions promptly and kept us up-to-date on our house showings. He is a great agent and I would recommend him to friends and family.

I would strongly reccomend Mr. Bailey to anyone I know that is looking for property in the north ga area. His responsiveness was impeccable! We were in the market for a lake property (which we still haven't porchased). He spent several days with us and there was no pressure to buy anything. He got us a ton of info on the properties we were interested in. Great agent!

My wife and I wanted to buy our first home and had no idea where to start. Its was only by chance that we stumbled upon Hank Bailey website. Hank was honestly more interested in making us happy than just selling us a house. He took a very stressful time and smoothed it out with his knowledge of how home buying should be. Amazing real estate agent! I've never had a person work so hard for me--and I was not even paying him! Hank works for the buyer but gets paid commission at closing by the seller. In constant communication. Never had to wait more than a few minutes (if that) for a response to my text messages!
This was our first home purcahse. Hank listened to what we wanted and found the right house. He really proved to be knowledgeable and helped us think through the numerous complications that always accompany buying a house. He also had near seamless communication also with our lending agent.
I highly recommend Hank for your next and every real estate purchase. If I buy again in his area, I will call Hank first and no one else! Hank really went out of his way for us! I'll never use any other agent in this area! Hank is the kind of agent I will introduce to my best friends when they are looking to buy (or sell) home.

Hank was a huge help in the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, he was very informative for my wife and myself. He was patient while we figured out just what we did and didn't like. He made himself available to us, answering any e-mail we sent him within an hour. I don't think there are words to completely express the appreciation we have for Hank, and the work he has done for us. As young first time homebuyers the process is much more than a simple real estate transaction. Several factors come into play; excitement, doubts, emotions, and never ending questions when it comes to that first big purchase.
