They made sure they got all the nooks and crannies around the house, I had a really bad cockroach problem near my drain and bins... it's been 3 days and I've seen so many dead cockroaches laying around. Feel like I should hire someone to clean them up for me too RIP roaches! haha

Professional services.. they gave enough time to apply service. No rush. Person was explaining all things to us. It's totally herbal. They took proper care of my one year old daughter. Just one small bit.. person's communication was bit tough to follow. I have to ask two times to understand what he is saying. Regarding cockroaches..I have seen 80 percentage improvement in 2 weeks.

This is my 2nd time availing the service and I m thoroughly disappointed. Availed services 10 days ago, paid price way more than the online quote still having heaps and heaps of roaches around. Was assured it is going work good but not even half happy :(

Hired out CU pest control as it had a good review off google. Was informed that they could perform treatment for german cockroaches for my home. Costed roughly ~$200 and was told that I could get a call back fee of $50 if the cockroaches were to come back. Called back today after a month to see if that could be done and was informed that there was no such thing and I would be charged ~$200 for them to do the treatment again. I was not told that my house would need this to be done of a process of 2-3 times before the problem is eliminated. Was told that they could do nothing for me in regards to being told the wrong information. I do not recommend this service as even though it was initially good, there was no follow up to cater towards the misinformation that was given towards me. Was told it was "treatment" not "eradication". This should have been mentioned from the start not falsely advertised. Be aware if you are trying to "eradicate cockroaches"
Note - Have just been contacted by the managing director to get this sorted. Will update my review based on the outcome.

People in office whom I spoke too were great and helpful, they arranged pest control on next day which i requested for. However technician they sent was rude and irresponsible. He didn't sprayed insecticide properly on matrix sides, walls and side tables, I had to ask continuously and finally had to call CU pest control office to get help (which they did immediately), just to add he sprayed room in less than 5 min. Donot mind any lift and shift I had to do for matrix and bed frame, but did expected a proper insectisde treatment I paid for. To add more, he has been spraying it quite far from walls resulted most of insectiside was coming on floor than walls. I can understand running business is tough but with such technicians you are ruining your reputation and good review (seeing which I made booking). Hoping treatment done today will be effective (expecting less the way it was done).

Did pest control at my house for 5 to 7 times in last 6 months from them. But their medicine is least effective. We can still see cockroaches and stuff at our place. They give guarantee of not facing any problems from 6 months to 1 year which is not true at all. We just did our pest control and after 4 or 5 days we can see cockroaches. Waste of time and money!
