Very unprofessional and unreliable. Not recommended. Forced to rate 1 star as they is no option for zero. Even after requesting cancellation of my booking as I didn't get my required date, they retained the booking. Was surprised when the person called me saying he was on the way to my home for treatment for a booking already canceled!! Fortunately it rained and got me out of the misery of having to deal with them again. Its all about themselves with this company , their business and their priorities - they care a damn for their customers needs and priorities. Updated : Just seen the response from the owner below and appreciate the fact that there is an effort to analyze the reasons for poor customer experience /rating. However, the irregularities are with owners findings and not with what I have stated above. Can eloborate further if required but I believe my point is already made
