Visited here for my first service with my car I purchased in February. Thank goodness I purchased the tire protection or I would not have been happy. Almost directly after purchasing my car kept telling me I had low tire pressure. Initially it was in all 4 tires but there had been some swings in Rochester temps so I just went to the gas station and filled my tires and stored the pressure. One of my back tires then continued to lose pressure consistently. I took it into Rochester Volvo and they were very pleasant to deal with from setting the appointment to checking in. I waited about an hour and they told me there was a rusty nail in the tire and they’d fix it. If I hadn’t had the coverage who knows how much that would have cost after JUST spending a a good deal of money on purchasing the vehicle. No way to know if the nail was already in the tire or if it happened after purchase. Anyway, the dealership was clean, plenty of seating and well stocked service waiting area. My only suggestion is better parking for service. When I first arrived, I had no idea where to park as there was no where so I took an electric parking spot. Although it was my first time there, not sure I will know where to park next time either. Any way - the people there were amazing and the service was fantastic!
