I would like to express my thank you to the entire team at Volvo Rochester. We honestly could not have expected anything more, and were pleasantly surprised at how much they went above and beyond in an effort to make my wife and I happy, and to make the process smooth and easy. Can i boast about the constant and positive communication back-and-forth, actually delivering the vehicle to our door in Buffalo New York, and then bringing the car we were trading in back to Rochester! Yes, was great feom beginning to end.
To be completely honest, we are moving on from BMW, and have been converted to a two Volvo household! Wonderful vehicles, and a wonderful sales, business, and overall dealership experience. I would like to, especially think.Alexandria Erickson! Wow, she was wonderful, and we highly recommend her !!
