A helpful visit today to check a possible battery issue, follow-up to a yearly service in January. Paul in service quickly resolved the issue, and I was glad while I waited to bump into Hector, who does client ferrying service. It was like meeting an old friend!

A very comfortable, friendly visit. This was a battery check after a previous full service. Phil graciously handled the request, reported back after an hour, said the battery was OK and sent me on my way— with no payment needed. I bumped into Hector, who does taxi service for Volvo, and a wonderful heart to heart talk about family. I felt very much at home, once again.
