Volvo Service Department - Jim and the crew are always so friendly and professional. They are very efficient at diagnosing the problem with my XC90 and getting me back on the road again. I usually wait in the comfortable waiting area while my car is being cared for by the service department. Volvo also provides the opportunity to be driven back to our home while we wait, valet service for maintenance and repairs, or provide a loaner for us. We are always taken care of perfectly. Highly recommend, couldn't imagine using another company for our automotive needs.!
