Ok my Volvo was nagging me about service. I needed NYS Inspection, it was overdue already by a day. Imagine my surprise when I go to the website and they offered an appointment on the same day at 8:15 am! I thought it was going to be a week or 2.
So I get there at 8:15am. Paul helped me. He looked over the records, asked me question clarifying what I wanted done. I wanted a trailer hitch installed. The XC60 T8 has a very odd motorized trailer hitch, unlike any of the other models. So I didn't think they'd have one. So he went and checked with parts for me. Nope, but he said he could have one in a few days. OK.
So then he gets Chris to give me a ride back to work. Zero wait. Chris was the nicest guy ever. Turns out we went to the same high school. Back to work in 10 minutes. Wow.
THen I get a call from Paul. They found a hitch for me. Wow!
So when I went to pick up the car, Paul then comes out to the lot with me to show me how it worked, and where they'd put the bag with ball and pin.
So best automobile service ever.
