Aboslutely wonderful experience at Volvo Cars Rochester. Ruby and the staff made buying a new car fun, without feeling pushed into adding options we didn't want, but giving us full knowledge of what those options were so that we could make a choice. From the moment we first looked at a car in the parking lot without an appointment, to driving the car out of the lot yesterday, Ruby was communicative and friendly. Our purchase experience was fantastic from beginning to end. After entering the showroom, we were greeted by Alexandria who talked us through our interests and what they had to offer. She was very friendly, low pressure and thorough in making sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for.
The sales manager made us a very fair offer for our trade and we got an exceptional deal on our loaded S60 Recharge Ultimate Black Edition!
There were a couple of items that we wanted the service department to do to the car . Nick, the service manager, got us in immediately and addressed everything on our list without question or hesitation.
Bottom line, the entire experience was fantastic and a breath of fresh air when it comes to car dealers. Truly a white glove experience. They have won our business moving forward!
