Great experience at Volvo Cars of Rochester. Easiest car buying experience ever! From the minute I test drove the cx40 til time of delivery everything was easy peasy. Very professional staff. Jimmy was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable with the whole process, never felt pressure to buy the car or any extra warranties, etc. Once the car was delivered, Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable with all the electronics in the car. He answered any questions we had and we never felt rushed even at 6 30pm on his birthday! Thank you Jimmy! I love my new car!
