Great service department. The guys/gals are friendly and on point. The waiting area is excellent: well appointed, with nice furniture, and constantly refreshed with free snacks, coffee, soda. There is even an office available. Definitely no problems getting some work done while waiting.
I'm only dinging one star because of a baffling recent sales experience. I am coming off lease with another Volvo, purchased at this dealership. The car I want this dealership does not have in stock, but I've spent over three weeks working with one of their sales people to get one from another dealership. This individual exhibited a consistent lack of follow-through on a timeline offered by them. They were easy to deal with and talk with--just simply failed to ever take the deal all that seriously for some reason. I reached out to another Wester NY dealer and am picking up this week.
Based on other overwhelmingly positive reviews, I think I just fell through the cracks somehow, but when my new lease is up I'll be back to try again and, in the meantime, certainly use Volvo Cars ROC for service needs.
Update: I worked with Erika Foley (general manager) on an unusual issue I had in 2022 with a mid-lease vehicle, and she was a pleasure to work with and got me squared away.
