Overall, I am extremely happy with my 2022 XC-60 and the service I received. However, one of the key features I was excited to get was the remote car start. Unfortunately, service told be this may not be available until January or maybe even later. I understand this is not something within the dealerships control, but it is disappointing especially since it sounds like I will spend most of the winter without it.

All in All the experience was very good. The condition of the vehicle was a concern due to multiple scratches found during inspection which had to be repaired. The staff at the dealership were very attentive. Shout out to Jimmy for a great job.

efficient and friendly. the receptionest came out to tell me they were going to do a 10000 mile checknas well as the inspection I requested the work was completed and my care was waiting for me freshly washed.

Dealership performed piston replacement\rebuild via extended Volvo corporate warranty for oil consumption. Directly following, engine developed a small external oil leak from a gasket reassembly. Not a big issue, but Service Dept claimed they would not stand behind their work within stated 15k mi warranty because “customer had not paid for the job directly” but rather via Volvo corporate under warranty. Ponder that logic… After refusing offer to correct for $400, proposed waiving if I would bundle with $1k of other ‘maintenance’. Several distortions in my interaction- suggest rethinking of a profits-first philosophy.

I've never had a problem per se at this Volvo dealer in some years of going there. However last time I went in for an oil change, they recommended rear bushings which would be about $1000. (They recommended this a year ago as well.) This confused me a little bit because usually when bushings go, you'll get a rough ride or feel some vibrations, but nothing. Smooth ride. I was curious so I took it into another highly respected & reviewed repair shop in the area for a second opinion - which told me they checked out all the bushings and found absolutely no need to replace anything and that everything looked perfect. (They told me 2 different people looked at the car and drove it as well to make sure nothing was awry.) Trust is everything in this business... so this left me confused and thinking I'm going to be moving my business to the other repair shop from now on. Will update if anything changes.
