I just purchased a pre-owned XC40. This is the first time I have driven a Volvo. I have a feeling I am a lifer now. The car is amazing, the trade was easy, and Working with Seira, Alexandria, and Joe made this the best car dealership experience I have ever had. My neighbors have cone to visit the car, and even said hello to me. The interaction with the service dept Nick & Dennis was great too ( guys please forgive me if I got the names wrong. I thought I would need new tires. They told me what my options are, and told me I don't need them right now. In addition to a relaxed and respectful sales team, the service department experts didnt try to sell me something I didnt need.

I bought my 2022 Volvo S60 B5 momentum through Alexandria her customer service was 10/10 made everything fast and smooth she deserves a raise! and the dealership customer service was 10/10 and joe was amazing came down on the car and gave me what I wanted on my trade in. I love my car the only thing I wish my car had was the polestar tune but my car is still 10/10. I bought plenty of cars from different dealerships and this was the best experience I ever had definitely buying another Volvo from this dealership in the future.
