We built a 10x18 ft pergola with one side attached to the house. The hardware and (2) shades are all nicely built and top quality. Our local 4x4 lumber was a snug fit and we had to round off all edges with a 1/4i. Router bit. So that was a couple hours of extra work. We assembled frame on the ground with the covers positioned to size lumber and it took (3) men to tilt it up and secure it to the house. We did the (3) patio pad anchors last after truing up with a level. We were not sure that the roof canvas was going to carry water- it turns out is is a sun shade and water drainage is not a concern (until a freeze) as water comes right thru the mesh. So no slope was needed on the shade.

Toja grid was an exceptional product and the customer service is great. It is a bit difficult to install in our instance as we connected three 12x12 sections in an L shape. But with some engineering we were able to put the whole thing together with only three people

Great videos to help show how to put it together the best way. Very happy with product. Did not take 6 people to get up, Just two 60 year old husband/wife team in out case. It was 12x12 ft with 4" beams.

This is my 2nd kit, living in Phoenix the heat and sun can be brutal. The Toja grids make my yard a much more pleasant, comfortable place to spend time! And extends time we spend outside.

I love that you can have a high quality product without having to pay someone to install it. There is no compromise in quality or middle man up charge. In love with it!!! Canadian made is a HUGE selling point.

Very happy with our 10x12 toja grid pergola. Very high quality product that assembles seamlessly. We also ordered the curtain Rod to hang a couple of curtains and it works well also.
Just make sure you have enough muscle to put it together. I would suggest 4 people and 3 heavy duty ladders.

This is a high quality and very well engineered product. The sail and the brackets are both beautiful and well made. The only only complaint is the quality of the screws but I would not let that deter your from purchasing this amazing product. I couldn't be happier.
