Very good customer service, the product was very well made. My only complaint would be the screws were of poor quality so I used more robust hardware. Overall it turned out great!! I attached photos of the before and after!

Our Toja Grid 8'x12' pergola kit components were very well packed, and arrived in perfect condition, with all parts included. The components were solid and quite heavy! We built the pergola in about 3 hours, using 6'x6' engineered cedar beams, and the written and video instructions online from Toja Grid helped a lot with assembly. It did take 6 people at one point to put up the structure. Lesson learned - put your longest-length posts in first when raising the pergola, especially if you're building it next to a house as we did. We added curtains to our pergola as well. Very happy with our new structure!

We LOVE our TojaGrid 30! We purchased ours as a solution for a tricky problem: covering a Koi pond for shade in the summer, and then snow in the winter. TojaGrid is perfect. It looks amazing, fits with our new modern design for the backyard, and is strong enough to do everything we need it do. It was reasonably easy to assemble too -- three of us managed, over water. I can even show you a video from the Ring camera we have installed below the shade. We are so happy with it, we plan on using TojaGrid to replace our existing gazebo when we start replacing our deck.

I love our Tojagrid pergola. We purchased the 6x6 frame which I picked up at Home Depot. Very sturdy brackets. The only issue we had was the instructions on putting it up. It took 4 strong men to lift the roof once it was put together and definitely not in 15 minutes. We were told later that those instructions were for the 4x4 posts but that should be stated a little more clearly. It is definitely a nice looking structure and worth all the sweat.
