This product was easy to assemble. My son and my wife helped me and we assembled in less than a day. The brackets are strong and the sails are sturdy. One negative was that I could not find exact directions on assembling the patio cover. There were directions on line to assemble pergolas and hammocks but not patio covers. But we slogged through and completed it.

We ordered these brackets for our pergola over the patio. They arrived well packaged and as expected. We love the result!

Extremely easy to install (10' x 12' pergola with 4x4 brackets) and in very little time. Instructions are great - one glitch: the screws collide in 4x4 posts if the same row of holes are used on the brackets.

I received my Toja Grid pergola components in record time. They arrived in excellent shape. I'm impressed with the design and quality of the components and have been telling others about the product. Unfortunately, I have not assembled the pergola yet. I'm building the pergola for a client. I was all ready to get started and the weather changed radically here in New Mexico--snow and cold. My client asked me to focus on other projects for the time being and hold off on the pergola. At this point, I'm guessing it will wait until spring! I'm excited to get started, but will hold off for now. May6, 2021 project update: I finally completed the pergola with the Tojagrid components I purchased last fall. My client is ecstatic with her new outdoor space. She also has an envious neighbor who now wants a pergola! I watched an assembly video for a six-post pergola which helped me sequence the assembly steps. I had one helper, but also used a rented material lift to get the pergola sections upright. Laying out, pouring, and leveling the concrete support pads for the pergola legs took more time than actually building the pergola structure. The components are all high quality and easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend Tojagrid to others, and would gladly build another pergola using your components if asked to do so.

Great product!! Fast shipping. Small anecdote here: We installed a 12x10 pergola in 6x6 wood. We had seen the installation video for 4x4 (which is way lighter) and we thought it would be similar for a 6x6… and it was just my wife and I to install it Believe it or not, we both managed to install it by using a lot techniques to lift the pergola, but it was not easy… Bottom line: if you are going to install a 6x6 you’ll need the help of at least 4 strong persons to do it safely.
