We are beyond pleased with our Toja grid pergola. Bought the system at a charity auction which impresses me for their community support. Assembly was incredibly easy. It is a sturdy structure and it looks amazing. We will install the waterproof shade in the spring and I will post a completed picture.

We did opt for 6x6 cedar posts and we are so glad we did . It is sturdy and a backyard statement piece!! Highly recommend!!!

Shipped to me on time, no damage. Looked easy to set up but we struggled a little bit. Quality is awesome! Held up well during 2 storms so far. Will be storing the screen and sun shade for the winter.

We purchased the kit for the GRID 30 for 4x4 wood posts. It was for a small open courtyard area that divides the front from the back of our downtown Toronto townhouse. Three walls of glass and a stuccoed brick wall that separates our outdoor area from that of the mirror-image townhouse beside us. A bit of a location challenge. We had to figure out how to build the pergola within the space it would stand on. Thanks to my son-in-law, a flash back to classroom lessons on Archimedes’ observations about levers, along with readings about how the carvers on Rapa Nui likely walked their Moai from the quarry to their platforms, we managed to complete the frame without accident..and thanks in great measure to the design and precision of the brackets. The end result is a great framing feature for an area that would otherwise be bland and featureless. Glad we discovered Tonja Grid. The service was excellent both when purchasing the kit and in a subsequent purchase of a canopy.

The Toja kid was exactly what we needed. The kits are high quality and with some basic knowledge of hand tools was not difficult to install. We pre checked the sockets before we went to the install ensuring no hick ups when installing. We will recommending Toja kits for sure.
