I ordered the 10'x12' pergola with shade sail, for 6"x6" lumber. It arrived quickly, in perfect condition. What a quality product! Well made, solid and perfectly finished. The instructions were a breeze to follow. My only negative comment is that the suggestion that it would take 4 people to build this, and only take 45 minutes were both underestimated. During the critical stage (lifting the unit to put the last two posts in place) could have used at least one more person, (a strong one with an extra ladder). We managed, but it was a struggle because of the weight of the lumber. 6x6s are not light!
Once the unit was assembled, it was not in the right location, so it had to be moved about 4 feet into final position. That required a car jack and a couple of scrap pieces of wood, to lift each corner up, one at a time, and gradually "walk" the unit into place. Not difficult, once we figured out the method, but because of the weight of the fully assembled unit it was a bit challenging.
All in all, it took us about 4 hours from unboxing to having the unit bolted into place.
Overall, a 5 star experience, but a bit more information and less optimism in the instructions would have been useful.
Update: the response from Toja Grid to my review says "we recommend having 4 people to help build a single pergola", so they obviously misunderstood my comment. We had 4 people, and struggled to get the job done. 5, with 3 lifting the top, and two managing the posts would be the ideal number, based on my experience. Maybe if we were using 4x4 lumber, or a smaller footprint than 10'x12', we could have done it easily with 4 people, but if you plan to use 6x6s of this size, plan for at least three ladders, with a person on each one.
