I purchased the Toja Grid 12x10 pergola kit from Home Depot last night. Two main factors came into play: first, I inquired about the wind resistance directly with the manufacturer via email. They responded within 2 hours, which I thought was excellent. Frankly, the speed with which they answered and the transparency in the response impressed me and made me feel that this is the level of service I can come to expect from Toja Grid. Secondly, as for the actual wind-resistance, they didn't say it was hurricane-rated however the answer I received provided me with a good level of comfort (50mph).

Awesome customer service yet again. Took down my tarp for winter on Sunday. Broke a clip. Contacted Toja via email on Oct 26. Lucy got back to me same day to confirm a few details. 2 days later, received 6 replacement clips via UPS free of charge. THAT’S service! Thank you!

Everything arrived on time and parts were so easy to assemble. It's definitely like an adult Lego set for your yard. The black corner pieces a so solid and look like they're going to last a lifetime. Very pleased with my first building project and how professional it looks. Local restaurants are also building outdoor spaces like this and my yard now feels like going out, a little oasis.

Unfortunately, wood posts have been extremely hard to find these days so we haven’t been able to build it yet. I’m so excited for spring to arrive when hopefully we can get 6x6 posts!

Loved the look of the Toja Grid system when I saw it. Saved me a lot of extra cuts of wood. Very solidly built, and easy to install. Once I started working with it I could see all kinds of creative things I could be doing, but that's another project. Make sure you plan out your install and have sufficient people power on hand. I went with 6x6 construction and a 12' span of 6x6 0
which can be pretty hefty.
