We received our Toja Grid pretty fast. There was a shade sail missing, but it was very easy to contact them and get one mailed out. The system was easy to put together, it was just my husband and I. It's very sturdy, no wobbling, even when it's windy. I would highly recommend buying this kit. It's so easy and so affordable.

Our 10x22 Toja Grid pergola with shade sails was easy to install and looks great. I recommend the 45 degree brackets not only for the look but also the added stability. I would recommend Toja Grid to anyone looking to install a pergola and/or shade sails.

Shipping was great. Due to deck configuration, L shaped, the components we selected allowed us to install will the L shape configuration with cedar and designed and sewed a sliding sun shade on cables.

Excellent product for making a Pergola out of 4x4's. We had thicker plus-shaped plates custim-made in the same style, so we could add a 4x4 railing that would not twist. These days, outdoor lumber is sold too wet and too green, so it twists with mighty force. The TOJA GRID products are strong enough to hold them in place, but they only make the end joint brackets (as of 2020). One day I hope they will see the wisdom of making mid joint brackets, basically the same product but without the end stop inside it that prevents the 4x4 pushing through the bracket. If they do start making mid-brace brackets though, they would have to be thicker plate and that would create a style mismatch with the existing product. So, if you make your own 4x4 brackets for mid-way mounting 4x4s such as with railings, don't forget to make them much thicker, and not wider than the flat surface of the 4x4 which is only 3-inches.

In June we bought the grid system for an 8x12 pergola with 6x6 posts and beams and 2x6x12 rafters. Was simple and straightforward to order online, it arrived in excellent condition weeks earlier than expected, even during pandemic. Very simple to build, video was helpful, worked like a charm, up quickly. Transformed our front yard in no time! Many great comments from passer-by's. We definitely recommend to others and would use this system again. Love that is a Canadian product! Would love to add our before and after pics but don't know how!!
