To me they’re a pretty standard vet’s, albeit with very good staff. Have been slightly frustrated in the past when I’ve felt they’ve crossed the line between holding my pets’ best interests at heart and up-selling.
My dog starts getting excited at the end of the road, though, and will pull like hell to get to their door. Went for jabs today and spent the afternoon feeling pretty smug for choosing a vet who’ve made effort to build such positive associations - probably more important than minor annoyances.

The Walthamstow and Wanstead branches gave excellent staff who I feel I can trust.I prefer going the extra distance than my local branch which is in Canonbury

Very helpful and friendly here.
Obviously very knowledgeable about animals and their welfare, and when poor Chunks, (the stray cat we took in) pooed everywhere, they weren't at all bothered, and gave him a good clean.
Lovely people there. Recommended!
