Clinically this place seems to be great, the treatments have always run smoothly, they seem to care about the pets and they're in a very convenient location. The issue is that they're so disorganised, I have some issue almost every time I deal with them. They say they'll call us about a follow up appointment and it never happens; they tell us they will let us know when meds are in to collect, we hear nothing; I call them to follow up and find it's been sat ready for us for weeks, but then go and collect them and they can only give me some of it as another appointment is needed for the rest... Why not tell me that before I come? I'd have done it all in one trip.
Honestly, they are great but they could do with being more organised!

Let's just say I had a dog now I haven't.
Also parking is terrible, very expensive
