Randy was easy to work with. He made 2 trips to the house to be sure we had requested all the gutters and downspouts in the correct locations. We appreciated the photos provided with the proposal showing the locations.The installation crew was on time, quick and efficient and worked with us to confirm the location of the rain chains. Billing and payment was also quick and efficient.

We went with Lessard's Gutters out of 4 gutter companies we chose Lessard's they had the best. 10year warranty and price! The crew they sent had the gutters up in a few hours and left the area clean! Highly recommended Lessard's Gutters.

We had three quotes done before we called Lessards. So we scheduled an install with another company, but sadly the installer was involved in an auto accident. So when Lessard came out to give me a quote, I was able to get the front of my house and back of my house done way cheaper than the other company's I called. You will no ot be disappointed. Was visited by staff member and received a timely well prepared , professional estimate for my install of gutters. Every staff member, including the installation team, was very helpful and professional. They even installed the flexible gutter extensions i had on hand for me at no additionl cost as well as tying one downspout into my rain barrel as well. It hasnt rained yet... :) ... but i am sure all will be well when they are tested by rain. I highly recommend Lessards Gutters in New Braunfels ; competitive prices with excellent , professional customer service.

We’ve had Lessards Gutters install gutters three different times over the years. They have always been professional over the phone and the installers have been fantastic as well. Originally, they installed gutters on the front and rear of our home, the most trafficked areas. They never pushed us to do the whole house, just did a phenomenal job in the areas we needed them the most. A couple years later, we added gutters to the right side of our home. Again, they didn’t push to sell us more than we needed. Estimator and installers were timely and did a fantastic job. We just (July 2019) had our last side done. And, again they have consistently provided us top notch service. From the office staff to the installers. We have been impressed with their service and quality of work each and every time they’ve come.

I finally decided to get gutters for my home and I am so glad that I did! I called Lessards first because someone had recommend them on my neighborhood Facebook page. I scheduled an appointment and Randy came out and provided me with a very fair and reasonable estimate which included photos of exactly where the gutters would be installed. I wanted to ensure I did my research so I contacted a local home improvement store for another estimate. I was not very impressed with how it was handled and the second estimate was twice as much! Needless to say, who earned my business. Everyone I dealt with at Lessards from beginning to end was customer service oriented and professional. Thanks to Cheryl, Randy, Erin, and the installers for making this a seamless process. I highly recommend this company!

Found out about Lessards Gutters from neighbors talking about gutters on the NextDoor app and who have used Lessards and were very pleased with their work. Lessards gave a free estimate with pictures of my house and colored lines showing right where the gutters would be installed at. Initially, I just wanted gutters on one side of the house because of water issues. The estimate included just the one side and the whole house and since the whole house estimate was very reasonable I went with that option. They had multiple paint options and we selected one that best matched out home. They came out on one of the coldest days we had and had the whole house done in a few hours. They did an excellent job installing them and would highly recommend them.
