Expensive service but very personal - you feel like the staff truly care about your pet as they call you and keep you nicely updated about your pet as they get results and updates etc about their situation. Also very easy to get an appointment! Just a shame that it's quite expensive as some appointments are only 5 mins and will still cost the full amount.

Friendly but bloody expensive!! They charge ott even for a consultatation they ask you to come in for. Never see a Poor Vet!!!

Really lovely friendly staff! They kindly helped me find the owners of a lost little chihuahua I had found.
Even though they are not a rehoming centre they scanned him for a microchip several times and even contacted the Newham Animal Pound for me (where he was quickly reunited with his owner!).
So thank you again. Will definitely be bringing my 3 cats / rabbits here for any future visits they may need :)
