Mark Ricardo & his team are the best care team that any pet could ask for. They are understanding, thoughtful & sensitive where pets are concerned.
I lost my 3 year old baby cat Angel nearly a year ago & I couldn't have asked for more understanding people to be around. I even got my next kitten from them.
Mark you are & always have been a tower of strength to me & my Angel 1 & Angel 2.

Mark is kind, super caring, loyal, highly trustworthy and very professional. He is an exceptional Vet!! More than once Mark has walked the extra mile for Jack (my lovely cat). It is really about the patient’s best interest for him. He always make sure you understand his diagnoses. Mark also have an amazing team of assistants behind him! I would no doubt recommend the West Ham team!!
